Melanie suffered a serious back injury three weeks ago and is facing up to the possibility of life as a tetraplegic. I was incredibly moved by this and it perfectly encapsulates the feelings, thoughts and fears I felt as a 16 year old as the realisation sets in to how life is going to change considerably following an accident.
